Pricing

-All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.  Use the Currency Converter to figure out the trip costs in your currency as global currencies fluctuate daily. Prices are subject to change at time of booking.

-All listed prices do not include sales tax and will be subject to a 5% sales tax (GST).

-Daily rates are based off of a guest-to-guide ratio and are subject to the trip’s specific details.

-Trip costs may vary due to a number of variables such as, but not limited to: number of participants, length of time required, degree of difficulty, level of commitment, level of risk, route surcharge, guides rate, travel, food, and accommodation expenses.

-A surcharge will be applied to larger climbing objectives that have a higher level of risk and commitment levels. Note- not all larger climbing objectives have equal higher levels of risk and commitment levels and as such the surcharge amounts will vary. Contact us for a quote.

Payment Methods

-Accepted methods of payments are: Cash, Interac eTransfers, & Credit Cards.

Trip Booking Information

-Trip booking can be made though our website contact form, our scheduling software, phone, or by contacting us via email at info@ridgelineguiding.com.

-Booking a trip more than 30 days in advance requires a 25% deposit to secure your dates.

-Full balance is due no later than 30 prior of the trips departure date.

-Bookings with less than 30 days from trip departure dates require full payment at time of booking.

Waiver And Release Of Liability

Prior to each trip all participants must carefully read, understand, and sign the Waiver and Release of Liability form that can be viewed by clicking here (English).  We will provide a copy for you to sign before the start of your trip. In addition to the waiver, minors may also will be given a Consent & Acknowledgement of Risk form to review and sign, alongside their parent or legal guardian who’s signature will also be required.

Insurance Options

We recommend purchasing insurance through TuGo- this can be purchased through the Alpine Club of Canada. TuGo offers a variety of insurance policies, including medical (annual or single trip), trip cancellation/interruption and insurance for visitors to Canada. Cancellation And Refund Policy

We recognize that our guests schedules may change for many reasons: business, family, travel delays, injuries and other unplanned events. For these eventualities trip cancellation/interruption insurance is a great way to protect your investment. We recommend using TuGo as mentioned in the Insurance Options.

Trip cancellations and refunds through Ridgeline Guiding Services are subject to the following policies:

-Ridgeline Guiding Services reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time due to safety and/or mountain conditions related reasons without penalty.

-Guests who cancel their trip with more than 30 days notice where additional booking arrangements have been made to fill their cancelation will be refunded their trip deposit less the $100 booking fee.

-Guests who cancel their trip with more than 30 days notice where no additional booking arrangements were able to be made to fill their cancelation will be refunded their trip cost less the 25% deposit.

-Guests who cancel their trip with less than 30 days notice where additional booking arrangement have been made to fill their cancelation will be refunded their trip costs less the $100 booking fee and already incurred expenses.

-Guests who cancel their trip with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded their trip costs if no additional booking arrangements are able to be made within a reasonable timeline.

-Your cancellation notice must be be received in writing to info@ridgelineguiding.com.
