    Get stoked for this stellar and very fun 7 pitch rock route in the Ghost called, The Wraith. It’s a must do route that has very fun climbing with great positions and thrilling exposure. If you’re up for the challenge, this route will not disappoint.

    The Ghost. Drive to the Devil’s Gap parking lot. The ghost can be a bumpy off-road adventure in the summer as you drive along the river rocks basin of the Ghost River. Expect 1.5-2hr drive from Canmore. Water x-ings can be challenging during flood periods.

  • Approach

    From the Devil’s Gap parking spot, head NW toward the West Phantom crag and pick up the climber’s trail that take you to the Epitaph Wall. Roughly 1 hr. approach by foot.   

  • Descent

    Traverse to the drainage bowl above the Bonanza waterfall and then make 2 raps.
